"I really enjoyed my stay here. It is good value and just as it says in the pictures. I recommend it. The staff are very helpful and helped me a few times when I needed help e.g. I forgot my phone charger so they loaned me their personal one. Everyone wanted to help even if they couldn't speak English but they always found someone who did or used a translation app. Nemrut is not far by car and I recommend you see the sunset view if you have time when you arrive. "Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo."
