Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Insgesamt war die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick ordentlich doch bei genauerem hinsehen waren überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Die Ecken waren nicht sauber gemacht. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch der Rest vom Kaffeesatz vom Vorgänger. Der Duschkopf müsste auch mal entkalkt werden. Die Kommunikation ..."

"The staff at thé réception terrible not friendly at all no smile . They dont speak much english . The wi fi was terrible only good in the lobby . But the breakfest was very good . The price is too much for the service we had"
