No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay...

"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."
