Been back twice and would book again and again

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

​We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund

Super lovely. Only complaint is they serve tap water and you can taste the chlorine in it

You had to learn the switches in the room.As far as turning off and turning on things. there should have been a map as to where everything's were. A reminder board about Activities that were happening during the day needed to be available. The lighting could have been better outside at night. It was a nice place. I felt like it took me almost two days to learn the place before I knew where things were. We had to take our luggage to the front at departure even though they told us to call before which I did 30 minutes prior and no one came or no one ever checked to see. It's about us checking out.
