“dinner - poor value”

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT - AND WE CHOSE TO EAT AT THEIR BISTRO. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE - SERVICE WAS ATTENTIVE BUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED, AND CERTAINLY DID NOT IN ANY WAY JUSTIFY THE PRICE TAG.

“Close proximity to the Station”

Stayed for 2 nights for the Cebit 2012. Staff were friendly, though didn't go extra mile for example when we asked for adaptor the said they didn't have any and we should go buy, internet service in the room not wireless so couldn't use as i have an the new mac air which don't take cable. Overall not a bad hotel, clean, ok service.

“Not a great experience”

No WiFi in the room, WiFi in the lobby but expensive, so is the wired internet in the room. Room was spacious, but the bathroom extremely tiny. No pay TV. Would not go back

My colleague and I were "bumped" out of this to a three star hotel as there was a "flood" (or perhaps they meant the conference they were hosting had flooded out to take our rooms). very unimpressed that there was no compensation when moved from a this to a hotel(hostel) which lists on Expedia for about half the rate. Would not book this again. Expedia not at all helpful either.
