“Good Hamilton Hotel”
All was good - the only possible complaint was that you are not allowed to park your own car in there carpark and have to use their service (which they charge you for) if you wish to park there.
“Novotels are great family hotels...”
We always stayed before the kids and have been welcomed back since. Novotel is great for all walks of life, whether it be business or pleasure. Love the way Novotel Tainui gave the kids a gift bag and hot chocolate each, made them feel special
“Not too Bad”
Hotel is a great location for Hamilton, rooms a very good size, did request King size and one extra and got two doubles. Double bed quite small as I am tall. Staff in all areas were excellent to deal with. Had to request towels each day, and cups and glasses as they were taken away and not returned. Mini bar was also missing items on check in, so basic house keeping could improve. Tea and coffee didn't get stocked up but when all was requested they dealt withit very quickly and efficiently. Had a lunch downstairs lobby and was very good. Beware need to pay for parking on top of the Hotel rate.

Excellent hotel, great location for central Hamilton and this would be my hotel of choice when I revisit Hamilton. Staff were great, service unobtrusive and really good. Valet parking fantastic. Well done
“No 1 for our hotel choice.”
Our first choice is always the Novotel whatever city we are in, we know through experience that we will not be dissapointed. Staff are always willing to accomodate in any way they can.

Everything was great. The room was lovely.The service good. Breakfast yummy & best of all value for money was A1. Would definitely stay again. We were pleasantly surprised.All our family stayed so we had 3 rooms & were all very happy. Made for a lovely visit. Thankyou.
“Very well appointed hotel”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and received excellent service. The only negatives would be (1) that our room faced the main shopping street and there was some noise during the night and (2) that $18 per day for car parking was somewhat excessive.
“Over Night in Hamilton”
Good location hotel was clean , the rooms them selves had only be refurbished 2 months prior . Very nice large King beds extremely comfortable... Flat screen radios all very modern and new..highly recommend this hotel
“Lovely Hotel ideally situated.”
We had a modernised room which was very tastefully decorated. The food was excellent whether breakfast or bar snacks and reasonably priced. Staff were most helpful throughout. Parking is restricted but you get access to a public multi car park 100m from hotel. Shops are just across the road and restaurants are mostly on the same street as the hotel. Behind the hotel is the river with a lovely river walk which can be taken right down to Hamilton Gardens (45min walk) well worth a visit.
“Chic and Modern”
If you find yourself in Hamilton NZ, chances are you are there on business (can't think of any other reason to be there.) This hotel is centrally located in the town centre, which is charming and lively. The hotel itself is very "boutiquey" with modern decor. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is wonderful, though terribly over priced (so make sure it is included in your room rate.) Another problem is that they charge per hour for internet (though there are two very slow computers in the lobby with free access). come on. Internet should be free.
