“Gem in Hamburg”
Location is perfect to explore Hamburg. Rooms are nice and clean and quiet. The only issue we had with the room was it was too hot and couldn't turn down the heat. Amazing breakfast, well worth the cost. Staff was very nice and helpful.

“Business Traveler - Thumbs Up!”
This hotel was a pleasant surprise for my business travelers. The rooms were very nice and the hotel is located near many of Hamburg's wonderful landmarks.
“Excellent service and location”
The room was large, with a desk and extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower may have been the best shower ever, and we have stayed at many hotels. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, strolling, museums and restaurants. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport via the s-bahn. The staff were warm and friendly and spoke english. They made us feel like they appreciated us as tourists. Not many hotels make you feel like that. The restaurant and the bar food were excellent. Get the fries in the bar and the pear cobbler in the restaurant. It was our first time to Hamburg and we fell in love with the city and the people.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the restaurant service was both prompt and friendly. The fitness center is very ncie as well. The immeidate neighborhood seems to shut down a bit at night, but for business travel this was very nice.

“GREAT bed!”
Slept like a queen. Interesting (in a good way!) outside architecture for this hotel. Well placed for site seeing, shopping. Not so great for nightlife. Not bad, just not great. Ou room was quite warm, so we opened a window. Again- I can't say enough about the bed- awesome!
“i liked coz it is in the center of the city”
the hotel was very good especialy the location , it was close to every interesting site of hamburg , the employees were so friendly , the service was very good bur the room need to redecorate and to be modern
“Good”
The room was very hot and couldn't keep window open because of the noises from the street. Overall good hotel just not great compared to the amazing hotel I was at right before this one.
