Swedish hospitality doesn’t disappoint
Hotel was pretty amazing. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor but other than that it was wonderful. Amenities were great beds very comfortable and nice linen and bath. Coffee in room great as well. Spa is terrific and the breakfast buffet delicious. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel

Hotel in it self is nice and breakfast is really good. But parking is a bit from the Hotel and we got a room with really bad smell and we got offered a fan. Also air conditioning did not really had the capacity when it was worm.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the area. I would highly recommend renting bikes and riding down along the beach.

Convenient, could use refurbishment
This hotel looks like it once was very pretty, but is in need of refurbishment. There are almost too many places to relax, but the furniture is worn out. The front check in area is cramped and way too small for the busy checking time of the day. Our room however, was lovely. Small (typical for Scandinavia) but elegant and fairly comfortable. Parking was a nightmare, as the lot to the hotel is quite a hike toting your luggage in cold weather. Access to the charming little town was perfect.

Great Hotel
great hotel - great cocktail bar with pianist/singer. A lot of people came in the evening to dine in the restaurant ( I didn't use). Good gym with equipment well stocked. Well positioned.

Nice hotel but no reason to stay there if you can'
The hotel is really beautiful and the design of the commun area is extremely stylish and modern. We booked a basic room that was appropriate (no view as it was on the first floor on the courtyard+ no special amenities and the room it self was desapointing in comparaison to the rest of'the hotel) The asian restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Great food, friendly staff and affordable price. Unfortunately the clients of the hotel have no guarantee to be able to use the spa. I wish I would have know that as we thought that there was no reasons to stay there if you can't use the spa.

Uncomfortable hotel
Room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. Stylish and well kept old hotel on the Plaza, but regret staying there. Also, they want an additional 50% charge above the luxury room rate to use their pool and facilities. Plus it closes at 8:00 pm effectively. Lovely view from the pool on the roof but should be part of the room cost or a.nominal fee.

They stuck 4 people into a single room with no ac.
Everything possible was just wrong with this hotel. Tiny room. No AC. No help. Receptionist doesn't answer phone calls. No parking.

Trevligt men förbättringspotential
Vi hade bokat ett rum för vår familj med extra säng, när vi fick vårt rum var ingen extra säng förberedd eller bäddad. Soffan som skulle användas till detta hade skräp och hårband från tidigare gäster under soffkuddarna. Efter att vi påpekat att detta behövde åtgärdas och att städningen inte var tillfredsställande kom det snabbt en anställd som städade och bäddade. Kan dock undra om man tar till sig vårt påpekade om att det även bör damsugas under soffkuddarna då och då, der var tydligt att detta inte hade gjorts på ett bra tag och inte roligt när någon ska sova där. Valet av vit läder till soffa och fåtöljer gör att i en miljö där de får mycket användning ser de snabbt smutsiga och solkiga ut. Förutom detta vår rummet och sängar mycket bekväma. Det var roligt med möjlighet att spela musik på rummet via de inbyggda högtalare. All personal var tillmötesgående. Frukost var mycket god och varierat, dock lite rörigt kring var olika saker var utställda vilket ledde till att det saknas ett flow och leder till en känsla av att irra runt för att hitta saker. Med tanke på kostnaden för en vistelse så finns där förbättringspotential.

Trevligt hotell med centralt läge
Trevligt hotell. Hade rum på 6e våningen. Det lät mycket från spa anläggningen, annars sköna sängar. Rent och snyggt. Fantastiskt frukost med stort utbud. Stor spa anläggning. Fint och fräscht.
