We had issues with the door and toilet. A few maintenance things need to be done. A new room was offered to us but we could deal with it so declined. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. We would stay again.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The included breakfast was excellent with full standard breakfast or omelettes or eggs Benny. Unfortunately there was a sewer line blockage that affected the toilets so that was inconvenient, the pillows were huge and the mattresses were quite soft but I would still stay here again for the value.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. It is in a good location, about a five-minute car ride to the Alderney Ferry Terminal. It is also very close to an Atlantic Superstore for our last minute needs. Would stay here again!

This hotel is ideally situated a 15 minute drive from downtown Halifax or walkable to the ferry to get to Halifax. The front desk has 24 hour service, the rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities including a microwave, mini fridge and hair dryer. The staff is friendly and responsive. They offer made to order complimentary, hot breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea is always available in the front lobby. In addition, this being an older hotel, there is quite a bit of character in the furniture, the lighting, the doors and the breakfast/bar area. For your entertainment, there are also slot machines and a dart board. Parking is free. We would stay again!
