Great hotel, spacious room, the staff were very pleasant and kind. towels in the shower weren't that clean but overall the rest was clean. Great location.

Beautiful and unique hotel, but expensive
Beautiful hotel, but expensive, Food was not so varied, Bathroom- water running out... Very kind stuff View to the bay, or some Army Offices, Amazing atmosphere due to Architecture of the Building and Neighborhood.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. There is a daily happy hour with a nice selection of hors d’oeuvres, wine, juice for free.

Excellent spot for families!
The staff at the Bay Club were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic-looking hotel (both inside and out). If you're traveling with children, there is a great playground right next door with a fabulous view of the port/bay. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth the slightly additional charge. The happy hour was a nice touch, though we didn't partake of the wine. The room itself was clean, comfortable, modern, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the city ( a nice spot for morning espresso). Beds were firm and super comfortable! Although some things are in easy walking distance (the Bahai Gardens), you probably will appreciate the convenience of a rental car. Though there is no private parking exclusively for the hotel, the street parking is very close and the staff even helped guide us in parallel parking the (large!) rental car. Overall we highly recommend this hotel, and would be inclined to try other hotels in the Atlas series in the future based on the excellent experience we had in Haifa.

The staff are wonderfully kind and professional. Location of the hotel within walking distance of everywhere Excellent breakfast Clean and cozy and intimate room Parking (at the weekend) is adjacent to the hotel free of charge Just one problem for us, the air conditioner has two heating or cooling options. Some rooms with a balcony are highly recommended

Beautiful place and awesome inside. Great hospitality. Comfy and nice stay. Sasha helped us by getting us 2 taxis and came all the way outside to get us inside the car and gave us umbrellas. המלון מעוצב בטוב טעם. במקום מרכזי, נגיש לאתרי תיירות כמו ואדי ניסנס, המושבה הגרמנית , אתר הבהאים, לתיאטרון, לעיריה לפארקים, לנוף היפה הצופה על הנמל ועל הכרמל מן הצד השני. הכניסה למלון מהרחוב, חייבה ירידה במדרגות. בארוחת הבוקר הייתי שמחה למצוא יותר מרכיבים בריאותיים, שיבולת שועל לא מתוקה ודגנים לא מתוקים. מלבד זאת ארוחת הבוקר מאוד עשירה והאוירה הייתה נעימה. אין לי ספק שכשאחזור לחיפה אשמח להתארח במלון זה בשנית. ר

Exceptional!!!
We stayed 2 nights with 2 year old baby. Highly enjoyed the stay. Their small park close to hotel with attraction for children also possibility for parking. Excellent brakfast, extremely helpful stuff. One more thing, I lost my wallet at last day of our trip, i could not find anywhere, called hotel with small hope, my wallet was in hotel they kept it and tried to reach me.

I had high expectation based on all the very positive reviews, but it turned out to be was not so, perhaps it was only because I happened to have got a not well maintained room especially the bathroom, not pleasant. Anyway, the service was up to expectation, and the breakfast was good.
