"I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of...

"The hotel keep up the spirit and Western style mixed with Asian hospitality. We visited first time in 2008 and its still very good! Breakfast is good for both Westerners and Asians. Good restaurants and bar!"

"Hotel was what we expected of 3 stars. The room size was ok, the mattress a bit hard and the heater is like not functioning as intended. Hot water needs to let the water run for 10 mins before it got heated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and helped to prepare our breakfast for takeaway as we have to check out before 6am (bf starts at 630am). There are restaurant and street food surrounding the hotel. Overall the hotel is value for what we paid for."
