"After staying here, I now love the East End of London. This hotel is really well-located with a bus stop, many grocery stores nearby and walking distance to many attractions, like Museum of the Home and Brick Lane & Spitalfields Markets. I was upgraded to a triple room and it was basically my apartment in London. I was very comfortable and extended my stay. The kitchen has all the essentials: a combined toaster over/stovetop which did the job; good size fridge; microwave dishes & cutlery; kettle, coffee & tea; plus, the real bonus, a washing machine and airing rack! (Note: I did have to buy my own washing detergent.) There was a dining table, which I used as my office, a sofa, air-conditioning and a radiator, iron & board and a safe. The cleaners were amazing and really thorough, even doing the dishes. The TV had all the channels plus cable. The washroom was adequate and the shower hot. I will happily return and stay here when next in London."

"Excellent stay at the hotel with adequate facilities including a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The cosy double room was tight getting around the bed. Location was fantastic with only an 8 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Yes I would use this hotel again."

"I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!"

"Lovely room although didn’t receive an upgrade for my partner’s birthday. We received a chocolate mousse to the room and 2 free drinks vouchers, however I had read reviews saying people had received bottles of champagne. I also did not receive my Expedia 20% food and beverage perk. Bed was very comfy and the blackout blinds were amazing - the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages! Member of spa staff on spa reception had her phone open on WhatsApp on the desk when we walked in. Also gave us the wrong information about where to go. A couple came into the pool and were bombing into the water and jumping and splashing like children. Not a very relaxed experience! And also, the website advertises an “£8 until 8” offer on cocktails in the 1st floor bar - we ordered 2 cocktails from the selection and were then charged £33. I queried this immediately and was told the offer was not available. You might want to update your website as this is false advertising and I wouldn’t have ordered!"

"The facilities were limited and room was barely clean. The main reason for complaining was due to guests in a room on the same floor blaring music till around 4am in the middle of the night. After it had been going for about 1.5 hours I rang reception and asked them to come and ask the guests to turn it off. The receptionist came upstairs and tried knocking on their door but did not get an answer. She tried a few times but was unsuccessful. She came to tell us she couldn’t do anything else because they won’t answer the door. We then had to listen to the music until 4am. There was no security who could help or anything that stopped it. It was terrible customer service and meant for the worst night sleep in a hotel to date."
