The property was clean and quite. I was about to walk to historical sites, so many options for dining and shopping. Most of Katerina was an amazing host, if i ever go to Crete again i hope this property is available. I will recommend it .

Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous hotel and rooms with an excellent location. Katerina couldn't of been more helpful which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Would definitely recommend and return.

We highly recommend the viaggio. We loved everything. Great location, clean and beautiful room but mostly the personal assistance from Katerina. She went above and beyond the make our trip easy, smooth and enjoyable. Our only complaint is our stay was too short 😂

Everything is walkable. Excellent location, room and service. Around the corner from the Venetian Harbour. Katerina took care of us in a very thoughtful way.

This was the perfect stay for our time in Chania! The location is right in the heart of old town and within walking distance to so many great places. This boutique stay is adorable, very well maintained, clean and as cute as can be. The host, Katerina, is so friendly, helpful and super responsive. Would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Chania and hope to stay there again in the future ourselves!

Stunning little gem
This boutique hotel is run by a very warm and welcoming lady. The hotel itself is stunning and right in the heart of beautiful Chania. We had the terraced room, which was perfect. The hotel is immaculate and has everything you need. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Superb

Brilliant stay right in the centre of Chania, about a 3 minute walk to the harbour and old town. Beach is about a 15 minutes walk. Could not recommend the property enough!!!

The property was beautiful and the rooms were nice and spacious. We checked in on a Sunday night. The reception desk isn't open on a Sunday and the outside door is locked. We received instructions beforehand about accessing the property and getting our room key which worked without any issues. The property location is great, near lots of dining and shopping but managed to be very quite. We checked out before the reception desk was staff, so we never actually met any staff but were given a phone number in case we had any issues (we didn't). Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel only for one night which we now regret! We loved our stay in the hotel and loved the vibrant Chania centre, where there were lots of restaurants and shops. We would most definitely stay again! Amazing host, brilliant location, quiet hotel, comfy bed, cleanliness 10/10 and the decor gave a boutique feel.

This is such a cute hotel we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This is by far one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels we've ever been to. you can tell the owner is passionate about her business. She went above and beyond for us and definitely made our stay special. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, in the centre of old Chania but on a quiet and less trafficked street. She even helped us arrange transport for an excursion while we were running late. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at Viaggio Elegant Rooms. Our room was very clean and spacious, Katerina was a great host, very helpful with all our questions and requests and very friendly. We were steps away from restaurants, shopping and the old port.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The host, location, rooms and cleanliness. Only does side is very soft mattress. Though some may prefer this, for us it was unfortunate. I ended up sleeping on the sofa each night which was actually very comfortable but my husband woke with back pain. We did not voice a complaint about this as some do prefer a softer mattress, it was just not for us!

Amazing host and beautiful hotel
I can’t begin to explain how amazing our trip has been. Katerina was an amazing host, has a beautiful property and her kindness has been a standout takeaway for us. She kindly booked our taxis to and from the airport, was patient when we were 2hrs delayed late into the night, recommended the most amazing restaurants for us and made reservations at said restaurants on our behalf. The first night I accidentally broke a door handle (no idea how it happened 😂) but she was so kind, her husband fixed it so quickly and they both quickly eased my anxiety, for this I was so so grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble and along with the beautiful Chania, we had the most incredible holiday. We spent our 1st anniversary in this beautiful city and we’ve loved it so much that we’re going back next year to do it all again. Thank you so much Katerina for making our first holiday in Greece so so special!

Super nice staff, very clean and stylish room. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Great location and right across the street from a good restaurant. A bit difficult to get there with luggage, no elevator was tough for us to get the suitcases upstairs.

Lovely central boutique hotel
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Viaggio. The hotel is right in the centre of Chania, on a lovely quiet side street. Katarina was very accommodating, including organising a taxi to and from the airport. Very clean, modern room, with a personal touch. Capsule coffee machine was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Stay here if you visit Chania!
Katerina was an amazing host and the place was impeccable. The rooms are clean, modern and the AC makes the hot days really bearable. The hotel is located on a charming street with great local restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed having coffee in the morning on our little balcony :-). Thank you Katerina for the recommendations and for being incredibly welcoming and available to your guests. This hotel truly deserves its 10/10 score.

Charming hotel on a quaint alleyway
Beautifully decorated boutique hotel on one of the quaint narrow alleyways in the old Venetian port. Katerina’s hospitality was top notch, giving recommendations as well as directions, printing out tickets, and even mailing an item left behind on to a future hotel. Although the building was ancient, the rooms have been completely updated with the most modern conveniences. Yet it still retains a sweet balcony for morning coffee or evening aperitifs, overlooking the comings and goings of the alleyway. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Book it - you’ll love it as well as the charming town of Chania!

Would definitely stay here again!
We absolutely loved staying at Viaggio Elegant Rooms. It was the perfect location for our 3-night stay and had everything we needed. Katerina went above and beyond at check-in by giving us recommendations and even had a bottle of homemade raki and cookies waiting in our room. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in Chania. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic location! Remarkable hosts!
Fantastic location! Right near the harbor and wonderful strolls. Remarkable hosts! The sweet hosts waited up late to greet us and offered their recommendations albeit after hours. An excellent boutique hotel in a perfect location in the old town of Chania— close to all amenities. The room was excellent and cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. Perhaps the best part of our stay were our hosts Katerina and Panagiotis who were perfect in every way - the most hospitable hosts I have ever come across. I would highly recommend Viaggio Elegant Rooms for a place to stay when visiting Chania.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Katerina is the consummate host. Ensured we were content throughout our 4 nights in Old Chania. She was full of great advice of where to eat and visit, and went above and beyond with helping us plan local bus and ferry transit to nearby sites and beaches. She’s nothing short of spectacular! The room itself was spacious (far bigger than anticipated) elegantly decorated with a super comfy bed. All the amenities we could ever ask for were there (a safe for valuables, AC, TV, coffee machine, closet space, lounge space), and I cannot express how great the shower was with excellent water pressure and temperature). Upon leaving, Katerina was kind enough to keep our bags after checkout as our flight wasn’t until much later in the evening. Overall a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Viaggio on future visits! Bonus: Katerina gave us a lovely parting gift of olive oil and jam made by her family! Truly first class service. 10/10!

Wonderful! The reason I booked this place was because of the reviews about the owner. From the moment we met her I knew we would not be disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean. I loved Crete and when we go back I will only stay at Viaggio! Thanks Katrina!!!!!

Everything was great here! The rooms were pretty and clean, the location was great and right in the heart of everything but tucked back a quiet little alley and the owners were so friendly and helpful

Hidden gem
Excellent from the minute we walked through the front door. Staff are very friendly and always look genuinely happy to help no matter how many questions you throw at them. Position is perfect, it is a 3 minute walk to the water front and just far enough out of the noisy parts.
