The Last Sunbeam is an absolutely amazing amazing hotel in Fira! The price is incredible and the personal customized breakfast is phenomenal! Eneida is the most amazing host and so are all the cleaners and staff that work towards making guests experience amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay. The view was so gorgeous that we didn’t even feel like going to Oia. I will recommend all our friends and families to stay here in this gem!

The room was not fancy but the staff was great and the view of the Caldera was amazing. Excellent location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in the old part of town as well as the museum and the square.

Friendly and accessible
Beautiful view over the volcano. Conveniently located for Fira. Excellent friendly service from the concierge. Taxi can get to the door so no luggage up and down the cliff face.

Beautiful property. Breathtaking views. Excellent service. Very nice host and staff. Great breakfast. Good location away from the crowds, secluded, private, but just steps away from all the restaurants and shops. We just LOVED this place. Thira is extremely busy touristy town, which we did not like that much, however, THIS hotel experience made our stay in Thira very SPECIAL.

This boutique hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to everything with beautiful views over the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of cruise ships but easy walking access to town centre. Staff very helpful. Room was comfortable. Holiday perfect.

Fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the buzz of the main town centre. Private, quiet, and secluded - a hidden gem and haven. Amazing sunset view from our bedroom where you can see pretty much Santorini end to end from Oia to Akrotiri and of course the volcano and islands. Breakfast served to the room each morning with good selection. Thank you Eneida for warm and friendly reception and help throughout our stay organising transfers, recommendation of restaurant. Definitely would stay here again if I am in the area.

Great stay!
It was a great stay. Everything went accordingly from check in to check out. We had the room with a view so it was perfect. Breakfast was really a plus. Edeina the host was super nice and friendly. Would stay here again. Location is perfect, just a short walk to everywhere.

This hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet position but with outstanding views over the caldera. Having said that it’s also within very easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Thira. Our rooms were large, clean and with all the facilities we needed. The views from the large balconies must be as good or better than you could get anywhere else in Thira - spectacular! The staff were friendly and helpful and having a lovely breakfast delivered to your room each morning was a nice bonus. We spent a very happy week and would thoroughly recommend staying at The Last Sunbeam to anyone.

Best Hotel in the Island
An incredible stay. Easily 10/10. Incredible views, amazing room, amazing breakfast, Eneida (hotel receptionist) was extremely friendly and accommodating. I could not fault this hotel. It is on the quiet side of the Thira/Fira but is not too far from the best spots. It is called the Last Sunbeam for a reason - it is the last hotel to get the sun geographically speaking in this area of Thira/Fira, it offers you the best sunset. Minor improvement would probably be wifi as it can be sketchy at times but it really didn’t matter to us that much. Nonetheless, highly recommended!!

This was a great deal for time of year! We had come from 2 very posh resorts so the Last Sunbeam was difficult to compare. Saying that i would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was great.

Our travel plans changed because of a transportation strike in Greece and we had to arrive early. Ida at reception was amazing and answered our inquiry about arriving early right away. She was able to allow us extra early check in which saved us being stranded for half a day! The room was very nice and clean and had an incredible view of the water and volcano island. Maybe the best part of the trip was waking up to an amazing breakfast and enjoying it on our balcony. Or maybe it was watching the sunset from our balcony with a bottle of local wine from the supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away. The hotel has a great location, just outside of the main area so it is quiet and very close 5 min walk from the bus depot. Thank you for a lovely stay! We cannot express how much we enjoyed our time here.

Great place to explore Santorini
The view was fantastic. It's conveniently locatted within walking distance from all the restaurants but still accessible by car. Breakfast was a nice touch as we could eat it with a stunning view. Panos (manager) went above and beyond to help us arrange transfer, amazing boat trip and restaurant suggestions. He was very helpful and funny!

Idyllic views
The location of the hotel was perfect. Being at the most southernly edge of Fira it was away from the hustle and bustle, but it was only a short walk from the centre, restaurants etc. The view from the hotel (our room balcony or the pool) was as good as you could get in any of the other more expensive hotels. The breakfast service was excellent, both the food itself, the ordering and delivery process. On top of that to be able to sit on your balcony and eat breakfast whilst taking in the view was pure luxury. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. right at the edge of Fira, it was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Close to many excellent restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay everything you could want very friendly staff amazing breakfast views sunsets walking distance to the main strip Book now before they realise their rooms are far too cheap Only down side is the plumbing is noisy and on the first night kept us awake. I was poorly on the last night and therefore was flushing the loo ALL night. I felt so sorry for everyone in the other rooms

Amazing views!
Overall, the stay was good and I would definitely recommend this place to stay at if one wanted to stay in the Fira area. As one stated earlier, it is at the very end (south) of Fira and is the last hotel in the area with Caldera views. Having said this, it's at most a 5 minute walk from the hustle & bustle of central Fira, so I find this completely acceptable. Plus there's a sizable supermarket just 3 minutes away that is super convenient and good value. Pros: The view is the best and the primary reason I would stay at this place again! I recommend you book either a superior room or an executive room for the most privacy from your balcony. Ability to check-in early (assuming the rooms were available) Cons: Not sure how "sound-proof" the walls are, but I definitely could hear my neighbors moving about their room (e.g., toilets flushing, showers running, chairs moving) and even dogs barking in the night.

A Cosmic Gem
Spent a lovely few days in The Last Sunbeam and I hope to return again. The rooms were clean, comfortable and as for the view…Nothing was too big a problem from Airport transfers, left luggage and breakfast requests they were all dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Overall an excellent experience

The view is breathtaking and is the biggest selling point. A personal breakfast tailored to suit you in your own room is excellent. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bathroom is old fashioned and wasn’t in keeping with the rest of the room. Also a number of cracked tiles in the bathroom. In terms of cleanliness, there were a number of hairs all over the floor and one of the complimentary toiletry bottles had been opened already

Top notch views from the pool and balcony. Tasty beakfast brought to your private balcony every morning is a big sell. Rooms, particularly bathrooms, are fairly basically furnished but adequate. Hotel staff were very friendly.
