“Free Wifi was not good as expect”
I felt the hotel is with quiet good location & very reasonable price .
“Fantastic!”
Wonderful hotel in a very convenient, yet quiet part of Granada. The hotel was charming, everything very clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The maid was a bit too noisy cleaning the room next door early in the morning, but other than that the hotel was a great choice! We would definitely return.
“WiFi no good”
The hotel was nice, clean, centrally located. But the internet is only available in the lobby and you only get one access at a time. Plus the connection is so slow that sometimes it stops working. Sounds crazy, but I clocked the Internet speed at 12kbs (that's the same as a standard modem in 1997)
“Great spot!”
Really loved Granada, and this hotel was perfectly located to experience the best of the city.
“Location, location, location”
Close to a lot of the action. A bit noisy at night, but that's Spain for you.
“All as I expected”
Good quality, perfect place.
“Comfortable and conveniently located”
My friend and I were overall quite satisfied and would very gladly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Granada. It is very conveniently located, even form the bus stop that takes you to La Alhambra. It is walking distance from every must-see spot in Granada, shops and restaurants.
“Great location; service could be better”
Wonderful location right near the central plaza and the street leading to the Alhambra palace. Room was very small; barely fit a double bed and small table. Great bathroom. Very clean. The night clerk was not helpful at all, but the staff during the day was friendly and accommodating. The day manager really got us out of a bind when we were completely lost, and trying to navigate the streets of Granada to find our way to the hotel. (The street that is normally used was closed off due to construction.) He personally escorted us to the hotel, which I don't believe we could have found otherwise.
“Overall a good pick”
We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The hotel is clean, fairly comfortable, well maintained, and best of all, centrally located in the downtown. The rooms are fairly small, and your view is of another building about 5 feet outside your room. The a/c didn't work, but luckily we stayed when an open window kept the room cool. The elevator was tempermental and required stair use most of the time (not that big of deal because hotel only has 3 floors). The hotel bar/cafe was never open, but there were plenty of private restaurants/cafes/bars close by.
“Pretty lobby”
Loved the lobby. Breakfast was spendy (not included)and so-so. After coming from the Intercontinental (4*) in Madrid, we were expecting better service, and a much more luxurious room. Our view was of a tarped building across the alley. The headboards were lovely, but the bedding was very thin and Spartan. I was really taken aback. If they can't include the things that normally go with a 4* hotel (spa, gym, room service, insulated ceilings etc.) at least have beautiful and comfy beds! Perhaps modeled after a monestary? Parking was additional, and there were ALWAYS lines at the front desk, because there was only one attendant at a time working. Not what I would expect from a 4* hotel in Europe. Bring ear plugs - it is not insulated and the hard floors exho. Next time we'll go to the Parador by the Alhambra. It was lovely - we walked the grounds and peeked in on an event.
