Bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Bird droppings over outside chairs appeared to have been there for ages. Dust & grime throughout unit.

A list is needed: 1. Steak place is long gone, NO restaurant. 2. No room service (maybe because owner and drinking buddies in their private bar look like they are running down the old stock and can't man reception in the morning) 3. Pool is green and scary 4. BBQ and surrounding is a refugee site 5. Rooms smell of mould and industrial cleaning fluids 6. Showers mouldy 7. Rooms tiny and dark (till you turn on the fluorescent lights) 8. Grumpy reception guy sitting in front of a war memorial of Vietnam snaps (good prep for what you are about to endure) Sad sad place with no redeeming features. All the pictures you may see on wotif are pre-war. They are not a true representation of the current state of the premises. Also, it's very expensive for where it is!

Staff obliging, room disgraceful, needs thorough clean, toilet roll holder broken, fridge needs defrosting, old box aircon needs an upgrade at $163 for the night we expected more, too pricey for second grade room 😠 not a prude but cleanlyness is utmost Bev

We just needed a bed which was comfortable, the property is badly in need of a revamp, only a 3 star property, the staff were nice.

One night Stay
Didn’t find staff that friendly at all, although most reviews of the hotel say that. Room was spacious & a bit outdated but shower was good. Bed not comfortable & although sheets felt laundered there was a stain on one of them which made me question the cleanliness of everything. There was a cool room near Reception that kept cutting in & out all night which was very noisy. Felt the rooms are overpriced & the accommodation doesn’t warrant the rating it has.

Spacious room with lots of bench space. Big shower could’ve been cleaned bit better. Air conditioner was noisy. Room was provided with toaster/microwave etc but no cutlery or plates.
