“Great location”

Great location to the beach. Burleigh Heads is a great holiday destination.

“A hotel it aint!”

It was not a hotel but rental rooms.NO porter service.No concierge service.No telephone book in room. NO ability to phone our room from the lobby.NO restaurant or bar.Very difficult to find entrance.NO one to book restaurants or airlines etc.NO daily maid service. NO replacement toilet paper,guests had to buy it from the front desk.Elevators are a long way from lobby,especially when carrying our own luggage.Heavy traffic directly outside. Only positive point was the staff were very friendly saying NO!
