“Mantra Magic”
Mantra Sierra was fantastic,relaxing,comfortable & frindly hospitable staff
“Broadbeach Beauty!”
My family and I stayed at the Mantra Sierra Grand for 5 nights in the double bedroom deluxe suite (level 15 with ocean views). We had a fantastic holiday and owe alot of our enjoyment to this hotel. We loved being able to laze around the apartment & balcony or walk just two blocks to the beach & great restaurants (Mario's or Saffron were our favourites!). The hotel staff were fantastic and the amenities were great - we made good use of the tennis court, gym, spa, sauna & two pools. Free secure parking is also a bonus. The apartment was faultless & family friendly. Very spacious, comfy beds, big bathrooms, large balcony, full kitchen, washing machine & everything you need for a relaxing break. If you're looking for a place to stay on the Gold Coast, definitely book Mantra Sierra Grand. We'll be coming back - hopefully soon!

“Delightful apartment”
Great location, walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and casino. Beautiful large 2 bedroom apartment with lovely view. Undercover onsite parking with lift to apartment very handy in rainy weather. Thoroughly recommend it and would go back.
“May have to change room”
We were in a one bedroom apartment which meant we were on the Pacific Fair Shopping Mall side and the main road traffic. This interrupted our sleep quite a bit and I would request a room on the other side of the property in futurealthough I understand we would need to book a two bedroom apt which would probably cost more. Otherwise the resort was excellent and very well situated for the beach, shopping and a huge variety of restaurants and eating places
“Ocean Glimpses”
Our overall experience was good, with one exception the heating in the room was unsatisfactory. We had the hotel staff try to fix the problem to no avail, eventually after 3 days we were given a heater, Other than that the whole 3 week stay was very good. Ther are a number of restaurant / Cafes close by which was very handy. Also only a short walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre, beach was only a 5 minute walk. The hotel claimed to have Ocean views which I would describe as Ocean Glimpses but other than that a very enjoyable stay.
“Noisy highway”
Was a great location, (apart from the highway noise) with good size rooms, however pets are allowed to live in the building if unit is owned. Dont expect to stay in a hotel smelling dog poo. Not fair on the dog, no grass , dog poo all over the balcony next door to us, didnt look like it had been cleaned for months. There was no room on that balcony to step. Not happy about staying where pets are allowed to live like that.
“Overpriced”
For the price wouldnt go back ,very small tv ,cracked floor tiles,no shampoo,tiny container of milk,hotel folder broken with pages missing or torn and the threat of a $890 fire charge if you set of the smoke alarm,what a disgrace
