There were issues with access to the room. The staff were great, tried in vain to correct the issue then moved me to a different room. The thing that shocked me was that there was no maintenance manager on site, this was over a big concert weekend and all room were booked. The staff on site were great though and we got through it together. The rooms are tired and the bedding was very warn, overly used and needing replacing. There many scuff marks on the walls, there wasn't a safe either and after cleaning the room on one occasion there was a sticky residue left on the bathroom floor. The food was very average and on one occasion I couldn't finish it dude to tough chicken. But other than these things. It was ok and if there were no reasonable alternatives I would stay there again

We were able to check in early by signing up for a free loyalty program from the hotel. Very convenient! The bus from the airport will drop by about a block away and there are two train stations within a 10 minute walk. The street outside is very quiet, but you can walk just a few minutes and be in the hustle bustle of the city centre shopping/eating. The hotel has a cute British rock theme that I appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Great location near station. My room was very spacious. Loved the Glasgow music scene decor. Some paint in room and bathroom was bit tired but nothing to complain about. Free drink for not having room serviced was great idea. Friendly staff. Would love to stay again when in Glasgow.
