"Coal mine beach caravan park is a wonderful place to stay. We were in a cabin but if you are thinking of caravanning or tenting, all the bays are covered by trees. The park is very quiet at night. It also close to many attractions. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at Walpole Lodge with my family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay there because it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Further it has a larger shared kitchen with all kitchen utensils/items. The cleanliness and hospitality were outstanding and we were treated as family friends. We would definitely stay there again. "We greatly enjoyed our stay - very quiet location (despite part of our stay falling in the easter school holidays), close to centre of town (3 minute walk), and walking tracks Including to Coalmine Beach 2.4kms) just about at the door. Amenities were super adequate, beds comfortable, and house super clean with nice personal touches. Two weeks went far too quickly!"
