Comfortable place at a reasonable price point
Had what we needed, the air-con works fine as it was hot as hades when we were in Geraldton. The place is a bit out of the centre, so I wouldn't recommend here unless you have wheels.

Golf Country Week
Perfect location beside the golf course. The suburb of Spalding doesn't have a good rating due to crime however we stayed in the upstairs apartment and the property is fenced and well maintained with parking behind the fencing. Since we found to be a great advantage since we were travelling with sporting equipment. And, the apartment sits on the fringe of the suburb. We had no problems and were very happy with the spacious property and would definitely stay there again. Wth regard to any cleaning, I would suggest that is relative to the cleaners not to the owner and doesn't reflect on the owners. However I do think the owners need to address that with them as the marks on the lounge was a bit off putting. The main large blue lounge needed attention which I did myself. Cheers to Anna for her prompt reply to any messages and questions and her willingness to allow us to check in early if we needed to do so. Fortunately, we didn't need to take advantage of her kindness.

Good short stay
Nicely equipped with most things you'll need, easy check in and out, behind fence parking. Only negative was the our floor (their ceiling) being banged on by people in the downstairs unit the moment we stepped in, apparently we were being noisy even though we just walked around and put some bags down. Also heard conversations and coughing, doors, water runnings etc from the downstairs unit so assume the walls/floors are pretty thin.

What a fantastic little place!
We had booked this place for our New Years accomodation, as it was right around the corner from a friends house and the price was cheap as. The property was exactly as advertised! It was neat and clean and the checkin process was a breeze. Amenities were including, including coffee, milk, soaps and even the detergent for the washing machine! The aircon was cold and the beds were comfortable. Linens were clean and fresh. We emailed the host a day prior to check-in to ask a question and she was quick and friendly with her reply! Very very happy with our stay! We will definitely be back!

Comfortable Apartment - exactly as advertised
My wife & I stayed for a week in Sept 2021 and it was very convenient for our stay in Geraldton. The apartment was clean and the self-check-in/ check-out procedure was easy & smooth. The kitchen was properly equipped for cooking your own meals and if you want to eat out there are lots of choices around town. As a side note, if you like Asian Food, there's a small take-away shop only five minutes' walk from the apartment. It's called Delicious on Green; they get great reviews and the food was yummy. Definitely recommend. To sum up about the Upstairs Apartment, my wife & I would stay here again and we think it's a very good accommodation for any couple or small family that wants to enjoy Geraldton.

I was told by the owner in writing to have the downstairs apartment which, however, the downstairs tennants arrived after we had moved in and spread out based on the info provided. After talking with them and the owner we stayed downstairs instead of moving upstairs. Hair on the bathroom flood, old furniture some of which looks it will fall apart, window rollers and blinds didn't work, insufficient cutlery, no sharp small knife, no tissue box, no T-towel in the kitchen, light over couch table is dead. Don't want to use it again.

Home away from home
