This was the dirtiest hotel i have stayed at i have a picture of roaches. If they would clean the room it would increase the satisfaction rating. I do not care its dated but the dirty shower, stains on the walls, dirt on the floor and roaches is absolutely disgusting.

Limited food options. Breakfast items that should be hot were room tempnat best... think scrambled eggs etc. Room facilities looked old, there was an unknown stain mark in my toilet wall area that wasnt very comforting. Shower glass were murky/water stained upon first entrance to the room. Pillows were mediocre. But it was a safe place to lay my head after a long day of business meetings in a foreign country.

Average stay at the hotel. The property is starting to show age and maintenance hasn't caught up. Most staff are friendly and helpful though I found the poolside restaurant staff tends to disappear and you can't catch them to add to your order or get the bill. It is still one of the better options in Guyana (Value for money). One of the biggest advantages is the restaurant is open 24hrs, so even if you arrive late or early morning they got you covered.

The hotel's infrastructure is deteriorating rapidly. The fridge, TV, shower, and toilet were all malfunctioning. The sprinkler in the hallway sprayed water for over two hours one day. There was some sort of construction going on. The pool was filthy and full of flies. They refused to bring more towels, blankets, and pillows, accusing us of having more people in the room than allowed. Even the staff spoke poorly of the complimentary breakfast, which we did not consume. Every morning at 9AM the cleaner comss to all the rooms knocking asking for dirty towels. You can hear every knock on every door so dont expect to sleep in

We got downgraded to a smaller room because our original room 526 had an odor Our toilet shaked, bathroom lock was broken, shower looked like it was never cleaned, shower would drip in the middle of the night, AC leaked, staff was unfriendly not warm and welcoming. No one helped with our luggage to our rooms. Hotel had an odor. They allowed alot of illegal activity to go on at the resort (meaning young women to meet men at the hotel) no mimosa Refrigerator didn’t work. Shower is smack in the middle of the room DMS

Overall the hotel has potential and is accessible to many things but they need to improve their hospitality, cleanliness and take care of the safety issues. I felt safe in the hotel although it was open to the public. The rooms are a good size & there are a variety of things to do within the hotel, including a gym, pool, restaurant, casino and arcade. I was also delighted to find out there is an amusement park on the property. As far as the rooms, the bathtub is in the middle of the room and all glass. So their is limited privacy, which is not ideal when traveling with teens and elderly parents. The bathrooms are also a safety concern as the water leaks out and makes the tiles very hazardous. Both sets of grandparents slipped and fell on this trip and not much was done about it. Staff was kind but not necessary prompt in providing room amenities or service in the dining rooms. When we called for extra blankets, it never came. In terms of the safety issues, not only was my husband's ankles rammed into with the luggage cart which left a huge cut but the elevator will power off with people in it! My toddler was stuck in the elevator twice with her grandma and dad. My husband had to pry open the doors for them to get out. Staff did not even acknowledge what happened. Later, I came to find out this is something that happens regularly. What I really had difficulties with was roaches in the room and dining room! I won't go into details but it was horrible and overwhelming enough.

1- they over charged my card by thousands of dollars 2- while I was asleep the cleaner walked in the room, picked up my towels and said to me “oh you're so quiet here “ I was so shocked she did that 3- I stayed in room 524 where there's a door separating both rooms, my side did not have a lock and the other people opened my door three times until I called front desk downstairs and had to put a chair to block the door

Checked in the first night and the room had an AC that was making alot of noise. I requested the staff to check it out and they immediately moved me to another room. I would say that my stay there was very pleasant. The only down part that I didn’t like was the staff always looking at you during breakfast time as if you are stealing the food. I would stay there again.

Not worry the money. I went with my family all I could smell was weed in the hallway. The rooms were dirty, the beds and pillow look like they weren’t change. The bed was so uncomfortable. The pool was coming apart. Things were missing at the bottom of the floor. There was a hole in the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk to reported it nothing was done. The shower was leaking and the shower was dirty. I called the front desk nothing was done.
