“My stay in a nutshell”
Very friendly employees. Room just slightly shabby but clean and well decorated. Big bathroom with GREAT soap. Only issue we had was that they seemed not to be ready for the big rush to the buffet on Christmas day--the wait was horrendous, so we ate in their Chinese restaurant instead, which was very good. Slots reasonably loose.

It was a very relaxing few days for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the view from the room.

We take a long weekend trip to Blackhawk once every other month and always stay at the Isle of Capri. We will continue to be loyal guests. The valet was outstanding this last visit. Took care of our needs quickly and efficiently.

We had a great stay. Loved the room. Was very nice. Nice tub with jets. Great price.

We were upgraded to a suit on the 8th floor, without even asking, a real treat. The room had a jetted tub and bathroom was second to none. The only idem that could use some upgrading is the bed, Maybe most people like a very hard bed but I for one am used to sleeping on a soft bed, so I found the extremely hard bed not so comfortable. Other than that everything was fantastic, and I plan to return.

“Great stay in Blackhawk”
This was a great way to spend a weekend relaxing and having fun stimulating the economy. Will be going back up soon. Nice people, clean hotel and it reminded me of a hotel when we stayed in the Bahamas. There was lots of extras and a great value.
