"I didn't know that Easter weekend was considered off season, so none of the spa amenities (which is why we went) were available. We had to find places off site to get those services. Only one of the restaurants on site were open more than 1 day of the trip. The more pub style restaurant was only open 1 day and they had no openings if you didn't book a reservation. I have a teenager and the only restaurant of the two that was open, was the more formal one and they did not have enough of a variety of options that would appeal to a teenager, so we only ate where we stayed once and found really nice smaller local establishments in the area. While they say you can make a reservation to eat at the restaurants, you won't be able to eat in them without a reservation. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I wish they had something that listed their off season times, communicated that during off season certain amenities would not be available, or at least provide some services during the off season for people who book at their establishment."

"We had an amazing stay at the Treehouse Hotel! The property was absolutely stunning, and the unique treehouse experience made it feel truly special. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to note is that the hot tub takes a few hours to fully warm up, so plan ahead. That said, it was completely worth the wait and was one of the highlights of our stay! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. 🌿✨🏡"

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Canandaigua Hilton for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the room and our stay in general. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only have one suggestion though. The "lounge" chair in our room was very "hard" (I.e. not comfortable at all) which made it difficult to read a book, do any work, or watch TV without getting into bed. I tried to use the chair a couple of times but found it too uncomfortable."

"The room was dirty, with crumbs on the bed and on the floor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is poorly maintained. The air in the room was especially bad, as if the AC filter hadn’t been replaced in a long time. We asked to switch rooms, and although the attendant was very kind and gave us clean sheets, there were no other rooms available. It was already after 10 p.m., and we were exhausted — otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel."

"The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable. On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night"
