Good afternoon, You are obviously unaware that there is a severe staff shortage particularly in our industry and in regional Victoria. We would love to be able to serve breakfast in our Grand Dining Room as we did pre Covid. If you know anyone looking for a waiter/waitressing position, I would be delighted to employ them. Good Morning Carol, Our Vue Street Bar is closed 2 days per week as the current staff shortage, particularly in regional Vic, prevents us from trading 7 days during our peak period. There is only 1 room in the hotel which does not have a fridge which is our small studio room which you booked. It is mentioned on the website that this room does not have a fridge however we would have happily provided some ice had you requested it. Kind regards

We had intended to renovate bathrooms commencing April 2020 however the hotel was instead closed for 6 months due to Covid. We do still intend to renovate when our industry stabilises and tradesmen become available. Kind regards.
