"The staff at the reception is terrible - they didn’t offer us any help with luggage, we where with 2 persons on the wheelchairs- also any help.the man at the reception just gave us the keys to the rooms and didn’t explain anything-where are the lifts, WiFi password,time of opening the restaurants, swimming pools, spa, etc. When we were entering our rooms there were many dirty dishes in front of the doors of many rooms which weren’t cleant up till the morning. The aircondition is too weak for so big room and we didn’t sleep whole night because of so high temperature!!!The hotel is close to airport and they don’t have shuttle bus to the airport !! I expected more from 5 stars hotel."
