"There is shuttle bus service going back and forth to airport Every 20 minutes, However there are several breaks at 10am and 8pm. This was not clearly informed. When we were at the Gateway Garden waiting for shuttle for longger than half hour and called the hotel after 8pm several times, no one was answering the phone, When we came back to hotel with Uber and asked the front desk, the lady was not sure there is a scheduled break of shuttle bus service. Other than this unpleasant experience, everything else is up to standard."

"Nice hotel near the Messe. Travelled for business and were going to the Messe so this hotel was ideally located. Rooms were nice and breakfast had plenty of choice. Very close to the large shopping centre Skyline Plaza, and another short walk to the nearest underground station."
