I would say the handicapped beds lower on the floor were actually harder to get up from when it was really low.

Less than what I expected!!
I was sorely dissappointed. The front desk employee was rude and cold. The amenities were non existant...there was no water in the pool for exercise and the workout room was under renovation. We were told we would be charged for parking but no one gave us any thing to put in the car nor did they take our car info so it wouldn't be towed.

Family visiting Fort Worth for a cheer competition. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Hot water went out in the morning for a few hours for 2 days which I'm assuming was unavoidable. If it wasn't fot the hot water issue I would have absolutely no complaints. I used the gym each day which was nicely equiped with water and towels. My family will stay here again if visiting Fort Worth.

Shanna on the front desk was amazingly helpful. Kudos to the hotel for employing her. She helped me find my phone and suggested art venues in addition to the Kimbell I might enjoy. I will definitely stay here again because of her

Mine and my daughters stay was great. Near Cooks Children’s which was convenient. The sweet lady that checked us in was very helpful and super sweet!!!!
