2/10 Terrible

"Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. Would go out for breakfast and there would be nothing left or everything was scattered and messy. Had do not disturb thing on door. House keeping would start banging on the door at 7 in the morning. People were yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Doors were constantly being banged on. Horrible experience should of gotten a refund after the first night."

"The room was much more spacious than shown on the pictures. Front desk was 10/10. The older gentleman was more than welcoming, he was very polite and helpful when I didn’t have scissors haha. The only complaint I’d have is the no pool! But that’s no problem, we had a blast. Given the fact I travel a lot here I tend to try different hotels to see which one is the best to book with and I could confidently say I would 100% rebook for my next trip. Thank you, StudioRes."

"We liked the hotel & were made very welcome at check in & the staff member gave us all the information we needed about times dinner & breakfast were served & where the pool was although we didn’t use it. Our room was spacious & comfortable, in particular the bed. We would use this hotel again if in the area."
