"The rooms were very clean, however, there was very little housekeeping during my stay. I had called down for coffee cups to be put in my room since there was a once cup coffee maker, but they never came. I had to bring up cups from the coffee corner in the lobby where coffee was available only until 7 a.m. My bed was not made at all during my stay. Parking was insufficient for the property and on the last day of my stay the attached restaurant opened. I can hardly imagine the toll on parking when it is fully operational. The staff were cordial enough but failed to complete requests from guests. English was spoken but very broken and hard to understand."

"Stayed as a single parent with young kids. On arrival, staff was friendly. Unloaded the kids easy enough. However will say that the place was NOT as advertised for many reasons. 1. Room advertised as a suite with sofa bed. However this was a “studio” suite so really, just a single king room. 2. Went to use said sofa bed and followed just a naked mattress. Called front desk, had to call through 3 times before getting a response. Advised bedding in drawers, however only found a blanket and a single pillow. Called again and advised house keeping would bring sheets. House keeping only brought a single fitted sheet. They also advised they don’t make the sofa bed, and that I would have to make it. Fitted sheet did not fit and kept coming off, and kids complained very uncomfortable. Still weird there was no mattress protector. 3. Following day found out the advertised “full breakfast available” meant paid breakfast available - very misleading, as we try and book where breakfast is included for convenience. 4. Pool was closed, which was also big reason for booking there. 5. We usually tidy our room but hope house keeping replaces towels and used cups. Towels were replaced but used cups/mus were not and coffee station was not refreshed. They had lobby coffee available but it was out around 8am. Overall not a great experience."

"We have stayed here a few times but this time we had a few issues. Checked in and our room was 84 degrees and so hot couldn’t sleep the first night. Even turning down the thermostat in the morning it was still at 84. Told front desk in the morning and was told they look into it. But when we went back upstairs we noticed there was a beer fridge in the cabinet. The fridge door wouldn’t shut cause there was water bottles in way! So we took them out. That night we came back around 930pm and it was cooler 74 but wouldn’t get colder. They use to serve a nice hot breakfast but now it’s turned into a bagged breakfast. We were kinda disappointed with that but at least we were given something. Main lobby has been nicely renovated, but I think that’s where it stops. I would say 5/10 next trip will look into something else"
