The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast offered was a good quality as well a great selection. Cleanliness was a pride for the staff. The underground parking was a pleasant surprise. The location was great. All the amenities were so appreciated. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. 😊

The location was great and room amenities as well. Having a separate bedroom, full kitchen and washer and drying in our suite was fantastic given we were there for a week. But for whatever reason, the entire hotel was so hot. Our thermostat in our room registered 27 degrees and higher the entire time we were there despite having the system set to cool and having all of our windows open day and night. Given we had a room on the highway side, this meant for a very noisy, uncomfortable stay. Would still stay here again though and hope that the HVAC system gets sorted out.

Wifi password didn’t work for the first day. Only gave us one room key, and when we got the second, it wasn’t activated. Could only get ice at the desk as ice machines were not working in any floors, when we were told that we could get ice on 2nd and 4th. . Breakfast was ok. Room was very worn but ok for clean. Had to ask for pillows as only two provided. Parking lot wasn’t cleared. Very dirty. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning staff were very nice but front desk could use a little more warmth in effort to feel like you’re welcome. Training would fix that. Over all would say it was ok stay. But for the price should be rating higher.

It’s comfortable and clean, but noisy with traffic but I use white noise to relax so once it was on the traffic noise was minimized. Hot tub could be hotter didn’t get a chance to have breakfast cause we were too hungover from partying at the casino then our friends took us out for breakfast the next day.

Hate it when the Hot-tub isn't working!!
Chose one of the more expensive places in Ft. McMurray because it advertised a hot-tub, I knew I would be arriving tired after a full day of work and the flight in. Was very disappointed when I got to the front desk andcsaw the sign that said "Hot-tub closed". When I asked for a rate reduction because the tub was closed, all I got was a blank stare and "No".

The front desk staff were all very friendly as well as helpful. I don’t know the area and the gentleman was knowledgeable about local shops etc. The young housekeeping lady that was cleaning rooms on my floor gave me a nice smile and greeting as I walked past her in the morning as well. Clean and quiet, decent breakfast selection in the morning(which was included with my room rate, bonus!).
