The location was tricky; miss the entrance and you get sucked onto I-95. With 3 people visible in the office, only 1 was at the desk trying to do everything including answering phones while guests had to wait 20 minutes or more to register. The facility would let you in the room early - for an extra $50.00. Worst of all, 3 banging noises in the night were not bed movements but turned out to be from gunshots (requiring police inquiry the next morning).

Affordable with free shuttle services offered. Very friendly staff. It's a great place for a quick turnaround before heading to the cruise port or the airport. Maybe not for a long stay. The tile floor was dirty enough to turn my feet black after showering.

Great location for a one night stay before boarding a cruise ship. Check in was very slow but everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel exterior looks bland but the room I had was surprisingly nice. Updated and rather large. Shower door would not stay closed and the shampoo was empty but still a nice room. Unless you want to eat at hotel seedy bar, nothing else around. Best port shuttle service I ever dealt with. Organized, clear legible instructions and the supervisor was attentive and pleasant.

We arrived a couple hours early due to the flight we had and transportation. They wouldn’t let us check in yet unless we paid an extra $30. We declined that offer and went to the bar/grill attached to the hotel. We sat around the pool area to wait, which was fine. Then we went back to the lobby about 20 minutes before check in time, and they still wouldn’t let us unless we paid an extra $20 this time. So we declined and sat in chairs in lobby facing the reception desk. The two staff ladies were just sitting there doing nothing but wouldn’t check us in, and we were sure the rooms were ready. We finally stepped up to the desk about two minutes till time and they checked us in. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The only good thing was the garden area and pool, and the best thing was the complimentary shuttle service to the port. We also didn’t like the $100 add on fee that is supposed to be taken off after they check rooms to make sure we didn’t tear up anything.

It was sufficient for our needs. We just needed a place to sleep after getting into the airport late. Comfortable bed with shuttle service and small breakfast in the morning. It was great for the price.
