The Team at Sails were so professional and welcoming. They made us feel like we really mattered by using our names to say hello etc. We didn’t feel like just another person staying for a few nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Sails, its location is perfect for enjoying Forster and its surrounding locations, everyone was helpful and friendly, instructions were clear and thoughtful, the hotel room was fitted with everything we needed and very comfortable including a very comfortable bed, we will definitely stay again when we return, the only thing to consider would be the traffic noise can get a bit much if you wanted to keep the doors and windows open like we do.

I was contacted to find out my arrival time and then sent instructions on how to obtain my key however the staff were still there when I finally checked in. Apartment was clean although a few parts have seen better days. Very spacious left to my own devices as not serviced daily. Would stay again. Secure parking included.

Lovely 2 bed appartment
Spacious all you could ever want. Very large windows and views very pleasant manager on site 9.00 to 5.00. One of the better properties in Forster.

Huge apartment, views from kitchen and balcony to the surf beach. Short stroll to town centre and calm water for fishing and little ones. The apartment was a little dated but not needing updating yet. Living space, huge balconies and bedroom made up for that. Could certainly see our family returning to enjoy beautiful Forster.

Clean and very comfortable! Staff are extremely helpful. We were 2 adults sharing a 2 bedroom apartment and the staff made the extra effort to change the second room beds from 2 singles to a double. Will stay again.

Great place to stay
First time back in Forster for 15 years and this won't be the last after finding Sails resort. Excellent time had in a very comfortable room and close to beaches and shops. Will be plenty of repeat visits.

Great location friendly staff roomy accommodation.
We had a lovely stay at Sails Forster. Staff were really friendly and the location was excellent, close to beach and shops. We had a walking track just outside our back door which took us to some great spots for whale watching. Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We would highly recommend staying at Sails.

Lovely staff, great location, spacious apartment big enough for 2 adults/3 kids. We could have used an additional couch in the living area, overall property a little bit dated for the price. Not quite 4.5 star.

Great location and very clean
Our recent stay at Sails resort was very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and more. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was a big plus as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great position, everything within walking distance

Booked through last minute.com. The confirmation email from Sails tells me I booked a standard apartment not luxury. Floors 1-3. The photos shown are of a multi storey high rise with beach views. So therefore that was my expectation. On advice I rang Sails expressing my concerns... saying they would see what they could do but couldn't promise anything. To my surprise I had a level 3 large apartment with a view though small of the beach it was there and large sweeping balconies. The apartment was somewhat dated in decor.. a patch on the lounge..water damage around windows..and the ice/ water dispenser not working in the fridge freezer in heat wave conditions was disappointing... the air conditioners worked a treat. Overall the apartment was very comfortable with easy access parking and Wi-Fi. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.. a very nice stay.

We loved it! and will come back. we had views of the beach. The apartment was spotless and the staff delightful. We use to go to another hotel/apartments but now we have been converted and would not go back

We used to own a unit in the area so this was our first time staying elsewhere. The units are lovely and in a great spot. The management team are very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the units which face west

Great central location
We were able to walk to a number of restaurants and cafes. The unit had a wonderful view of the mountains and river. At night the lights from the township added a nice touch. Various generous space in the unit, loved the walkin wardrobe in the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery to fill up the dishwasher without having to put it on half full. Decor was modern and the whole unit was well maintained. The cleanliness of the unit was excellent...very impressed.

Very comfortable, good location, plenty of natural light for working. Nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival.
