“Jorg”
Nicely remodelled hotel, near the station. Breakfast is very nice. Suites lack of a bathtub, only shower.
“Next to bus station!!”
You get what you pay for at this "suites" hotel. It is right next to a bus station so you will hear bus announcements from 7 am until 9 pm every day! Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere.
“Spacious rooms caters for all”
this hotel was a real suprise location was good, breakfast not great but okay, very clean with all ameneties that were needed. Would definetly go back.
“Modern but noisy”
The hotel itself is modern and beautiful. It is perfectly situated to the train and bus stations, however that means it's in a very noisy locale.
“Pleasant experience”
This hotel was in an excellent location. The bus from the airport drops you off at the train station and the hotel is a short walk from there. It was within walking distance of all sightseeing destinations. Our room was very comfortable and the desk staff was helpful to us when we had questions. The free breakfast was okay - better than nothing - but don't expect fine Italian coffee.
“Close to all attractions, Not worth the money”
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The staff is not as helpful as you would think and the place smelled. Sewer work was going on outside so it smelled inside as well. The carpets smelled of mold and the water had a very strong smell of bleech. There is no 24/ desk service. I'm just your regular travel, I don't expect much. I visited Florence with my wife and this place was just not worth the money. The breakfast was HORRIBLE!! The milk was room temp, the coffee was disgusting. The eggs were very watery. I went to get the free breakfast 1 time and never again. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel. I expected more from a hotel with the name Waldorf but was let down.
