“Clean Hotel, Great Location, Great Price”
This hotel was in a great location. It is only a block from the train station and all the sights are very close. The tourist area of Florence is small compared to bigger cities like Rome, so even things that seemed far away were short walks. The hotel was very clean. The room was small, and the shower barely fit one person. However, it is worth it for the price. Our room was on the first floor of a small street, and there were two sets of windows so it was very quiet.
“Simply Amazing!”
The rate for my one night was very reasonable. It was a lovely stay and the staff was able to inform me of different things to do around the town and places to go. The staff also informed me of which bus would take me where! It was very informative and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!
“Great hotel... centrally located”
We loved the hotel. Its not 4 star, but it was very comfortable and very centrally located. Even better, the staff was very knowledgeable about where the best meals, deals, shopping and even pointed out on the map with walking directions. Being in Italy is such a wonderful experience and you want to take it all it, but we were happy that the staff was fluent in English. Would stay here again for sure :)
“Good location but unlucky room #3”
The location was great- close to train and city sights. The room we stayed in was right next to the breakfast room so at 7:30 am we heard it getting set up and then people moving around. The room is above a wine bar and on Sunday night they had a live band so we had to fall asleep to rock and roll that stopped around 11:30pm. There was AC fortunately so we were able to keep the windows closed. We would have liked to have them open to air out the room since the cleaning staff overdosed on the cleaner in the bathroom but mosquitoes would get in. The shower didn't drain right and after a shower, water would leak out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We told the staff so hopefully they fix it. The staff was very helpful.
