The hotel is very clean and upgraded like a contemporary new hotel. Actually it is like an apartment studio so it is spacious and feels like home. Will be good for longer time stay although I stayed for a weekend. Location is convenient and close to everything and safe with many nice shops and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I like it has a kitchen. The staff are very helpful and professional. They helped me book a taxi service to the airport as booking taxi in Italy can be stressful. I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely consider this place again next time.

This is a hidden gem ! The room and bathroom are very spacious ! Great view to a courtyard and church out of room 7!

It was a lovely property and close to all the attractions without all the noise. Having a kitchen to cook small meals was a bonus. Only comment is size of shower was very small in our room, husband would hit his head on the show head and he is 6ft tall. Also, keep in mind that a deposit is requested when you check in so make sure to clean the kitchen before you leave. I would still recommend as we enjoyed staying here for the week.

This unassuming little place is nothing special from the small street it is situated on however, once you step inside Palazzo Mannaioni, you realize that made made the right choice for your place to stay in Florence. We were greeted by a lovely manager who provided us with all the information we needed for the hotel and local restaurants. Our room was spectacular and offered a beautiful view of the bell tower of the Santo Spirito church. Everything inside of the room was great. The hotel was close and walkable distance to all of the tourist attractions, yet in a neighbourhood where Florentinians live and eat. I highly recommend a stay here and if you can request room 7 with the balcony, you’ll understand why. Grazie Mille!

Buen sitio para quedarse en Florencia.
El lugar es muy céntrico y uno camina como 15 min aproximadamente para llegar al centro de la ciudad. Y esta rodeado por diferentes tipos de establecimientos de comida. Tambien hay supermercados cerca. Los Suites son como studios. Con su cocinita, baño y cama. Bastante amplio. El lugar es seguro, y la calle donde se encuentra es tranquila y bien iluminada. De vez en cuando puedes escuchar a los jóvenes hablando y riendo, pero no es nada grave. Lo unico que no me gusto fue el tamaño pequeño de la ducha, un poco incomodo. El personal bien atento, tiene servicio de limpieza limitado, dependiendo de la cantidad de días que piensen quedarse. Tiene asensor europeo ( pequeño pero lo suficiente para subir las maletas. El precio fue bueno para los 5 días que nos quedamos. La pasamos muy bien y se lo recomiendo a culquier persona que vaya a quedarse en esta bella ciudad.

Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower,however, was an accident waiting to happen. No grab bars, shelves for products and no shower head on the wall or ceiling. Only a handheld wand.

This is a great affitacamare in La Spezia. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Quality Property in Quiet Central location
Lovely property in a great spot easy to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend. There are no washing facilities and if you need to iron your clothes you can only access iron during reception hours 9am -5pm The only issue I had was I asked for assistance to get transport may taxi when I was leaving. I sent a WhatsApp message as they claimed they would reply to any message 24/7 and they got the message 24hours before I needed a taxi and didn’t reply making it really hard for us and we ended up having to walk to train station which is 1/12km away with heavy bags. I would definitely recommend but make sure you have transport organised prior to your arrival.

Positives: the location is ideal and walkable to all sights of Florence. The size of the room is larger than most hotel rooms in the region and included a kitchen. Beautiful view of the church from our window. Negatives: air conditioning was not working to capacity and we had to open our windows only to be attacked by mosquitoes. Found the bathroom to be small compared to the overall size of the room, with no storage space for toiletries. The shower is compact and for a taller person, they might struggle.

This property is located on the other side of the Arno (Altroarno) so there are fewer crowds which is very nice. But it is right around the corner from the piazza santo spirito which is very lively with people, restaurants, and bars. The property is an apartment which has more space to spread out than a traditional hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen is wonderful, too. My husband and I travelled with our 2 teenage kids and this was a great option for us all to be in the same space (instead of 2 separate hotel rooms). I would definitely stay here again.

Overall definitely 5 stars. Our ONLY issue was being from the US we like AC. Apparently they don't turn it on until May/June. It was only 70s so not bad with the windows open at night. Problem there is the mosquitoes were BAD!! That being said, if they had a small fan available, PERFECT!! Great location, clean, spacious and a good deal overall.

Fabulous apartment. Close to the centre and all the attractions but far enough away from touristy things. The entrance felt like going into a local apartment. The outside terrace was stunning, complete with view. It was clean, and well appointed

We enjoyed staying there. The apartment was very spacious and clean and looked newly renovated. It was a short walk to everything we wanted. My only complaint was that the street it was located on was dirty with graffiti. Otherwise it was great!

Rustic lobby showing the age of the building. Nice kitchen so we could buy some food and wine, and save money having a light dinner or breakfast, very convenient. Wonderful view of the nearest Basilica from our window.

There were little to no amenities, they did not even provide a water option for us. It was extremally loud, we could hear the room above us talking at a normal volume, no privacy. It was not located in the best area either.

Our stay at Palazzo Mannaioni was wonderful! We had a late check-in after the front desk was closed, and Luca was very helpful and responsive in sending us directions on how to check in. The room was amazing; we stayed in Suite 1. We loved that it was like an apartment complex, and the two bathrooms were a huge plus. The surrounding area was also lovely. Florence is so walkable, and it was relatively quiet and felt very safe. We loved staying on this side of the river and getting to explore more of the city. Top recommendations nearby would be La Carraia Gelateria (hands down BEST gelato in town—I’ve had my fair share of gelato, including a few other places in Florence, and nothing beat La Carraia, and at only 2€ for a small with two flavors, it was the lowest price too!), Pizzeria Dante, and Pizzino Cafe. In addition to all the museums and palazzos, make sure to check out Boboli Gardens too! It was great to visit even in off season, so even better when flowers are blooming I’m sure. We were also a 15-min walk from Unità (1.50€ tram to FLR airport) and Firenze SMN (train station) where we left for day trips to Milan and Pisa. In conclusion, our vacation in Florence was absolutely spectacular, and we loved calling Palazzo Mannaioni home for the week. Grazie mille !

Great property in a secluded, ideal location. The city has Uber now so getting there from the train station is breeze. Not to mention there is laundromat and supermarket not even 5 mins away from it
