"First the good - The staff was professional, friendly, and accomodating. From check in to check out they were all amazing. The location was perfect for us. Close to Wal-mart, Publix, and the mall. Best of all we were in walking distance to Logans, and Outback. The Bad - it should be a crime to post pictures that do not reflect what you see when you arrive. The Lobby was nice but the furniture is beat up pretty bad. The rooms, well let's start with the hallway, the carpets were beyond needing to be replaced. There were bleach stains and bald spots along the path to the room. Now the rooms, old tattered comforters with stains. They were clean, but old, and stained. The beds themselves were also old. The bathroom door had black scuff marks all over it.That is just negligence, when a coat of paint would take care of that. The Ugly -the cleaning staff should be FIRED!!!!! Point blank. There was hair left on the tub. The frame on the bathroom mirror had so much dust on it. The sink had what looked like toothpaste stains on it. The lamps were rusted, the dresser was all knicked up, the phone had brown stuff caked on the receiver and the base. It was obvious nothing had been wiped down in ages. Housekeeping halfway made our beds by pulling the covers over the pillows. It was a mess. The front desk was the silver lining in this place. I would not stay here again."

"Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms."
