“Welcoming stay In a charming hotel”

This was a lovely hotel and the staff could not have been more congenial and supportive. Our room was charming with a lovely balcony and great view of the neighborhood and even the Duomo. It was a great start to a wonderful stay in Florence.

“Very good hotel if you are looking for a place to stay near the train station.”

In walking distance to all the sights. We picked this hotel as we were arriving and departing from the train station just around the corner. The hotel room was large, nicely decorated with character, air con, TV. Great price and service was friendly. If you want this location it is a great choice.

“Very clean hotel with a very nice breakfast buffet”

The hotel is very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The breakfasts are wonderful with a wide array of pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and eggs. Convenient from the train station. The rooms are definitely a 2 star hotel. Beware of mosquitoes. We opened our windows to let fresh air in. It was a mistake. I didn't know that they had mosquitoes in April. We each had at least 6 bites each.

Convenient, good location, great service and acceptable room quality for a 2 star. Recommend this hotel, good value for your money.

“Budget Hotel”

I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the hotel, but there really wasn't anything wrong with it. I think I had it in my head that the budget hotels I stayed at in Italy were going to pleasantly surprise me with how nice they were, but in reality I could see why they were budget hotels. First, on the positive side, this hotel is clean, safe, and the staff were very friendly. They all spoke English and were helpful when I had questions. My room was comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the major sights. Now, on the aforementioned budget side, the hotel is very close to the train station, packed in with a bunch of other budget hotels. I would not call the location quaint. The room was not newly furnished and felt a little creepy. The door was very thin and didn't seem like it locked quite right. I wouldn't let these negative comments stop you from staying here. I had a good experience at this hotel. I think my expectations were just a little too high.

“Needs an uplift”

The hotel is conveniently located near S.M.N station but very quiet and has lift access which was good. The staff were friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations. The room is huge but felt tired. Old and broken furniture I can deal with but old ragged towels are just disgusting. The room door had a small gap that allowed people to peep into the room which was even more disturbing.
