“Impressed”

“Beautiful hotel and convenient to bus into city”
Great hotel that I would stay in again. It is not in the city but close to the bus and only a ten minute ride to the train station and city center. Beautiful, new hotel that just opened in Oct 2006 with modern,luxurious interior. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. Great breakfast, too.
“Handy location close to airport and ideal for exploring florence.”
A clean and modern hotel with very friendly staff. Ten minute bus ride into the centre of Florence. Rooms are well equiped including a small fridge and a kettle. Good amount of hanging and storage space. The small inhouse shop supplies a limited amount of food and drinks including some ready meals. A microwave oven is available in the shop. The restaurant is very good and I would recommend the breakfast - all requirements are catered for.
“beautiful new hotel”
Overall experience was very positive. New hotel in area relatively close to the city center. Room was very comfortable, staff responsive. Not a lot of available tourist information for local museums,etc. One problem with room key cards which shut off power when you leave the room for a couple with only one card: Get two cards!
“Great one night stay”
Stayed here the night before I left Florence. Close to airport. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and accommodating the staff was. They gave me a great room, made sure I had a taxi for the morning and great bar/restaurant on site. I'd recommend this as a great place to hit if you want to be close to the airport. It's not as close to all of the other sites, but when you have an early flight it's sure a welcoming place to stay for a very reasonable price.
“Very good and comfortable hotel”
Best hotel on our 2 week trip to Europe. Very comfortable room,and bed. Hotel feels new. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was great as well. It's not within walking distance to the center of Florence but I believe there's a shuttle service. We only stayed there one night at the end of our vacation but wished we had stay there when we spent a few days in Florence.
“staff attitude unacceptable”
Good buildings and rooms but poor room service. Reception staff not helpful with guests who cant speak Italian, though they are able to speak English well. Insects in dining room on cut pieces of fruits and being watched by staff as you eat your breakfast.
“Unprofessional”
I paid for two Rooms with breakfats included, while having my breakfast the waitress came to me asking if I have breakfast included in my reservations which was really unpleasant I then answered yes and that she should check with reception, which she did and had a negative answer this was too much, I had to print my confirmation as proove of my prepaid breakfast really discusting management
