Great Location!!
This adorable apartment is in the heart of all you need to see in Florence. Everything is a quick walk away. It has all the comforts you need for your stay. Very comfortable beds!! Would stay here again.

Great spot in Florence!
Excellent location for walking to any of the sites. Clean and excellent communication with Paola. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florence. Ear plugs provided for some of the street noise which helped. Thanks Paola!

Amazing location - Amazing Host
Was our first time in Florence and this location filled all our needs. Steps away from amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all the big sites to see around Firenze. Host Paola made the check in experience super simple and the property was in great condition. A little noisy at nights due to being off a Main Street but did not bother the overall stay. Thanks Paola for the awesome stay!

Good place to stay
The apartment is about 20 minutes from Piazza de Republica. It's up one flight of Florentine stairs. It was bright, ckean and well appointed. On Saturday nights, the neighborhood is lively! The noise was not enough to keep us awake, but the host provides earplugs, so if youre a really light sleeper, he's got you covered.

The property is close to everything jus 10-15 minute walk. Very good restaurants near by and also away from the busy area . Easy to walk to the dumo square and short taxi ride from train station . Would definetly stay again

Great location!
Nice place, down the street from Santa Croce, easy check in, there’s a conad (grocery) right down the street as well. 1 mile from the train, would definitely recommend staying here :)

What a great little apartment! Nice and central location, very comfortable bed, 2 airconditioners perfect for escaping the summer heat when needed. Paola was very quick at communicating and gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. Would stay here again.

We LOVED this apartment! It was sooo cute and spacious and in person it was even nicer than the photos. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes or less. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

This location was walkable to the Duomo and to the river area, however the neighborhood was not that great, the bed was uncomfortable, very noisy on the weekends and unless you can close the shutter the building light shines in the bedroom all night. It also needs some TLC.

Very cute, excellent location
This apartment was very homey and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from Santa Croce and 5-10 minutes from the Duomo and a bridge to cross the river. It was very easy to reach everywhere we needed to on foot, we only used a bus/taxi when arriving and leaving because of our bags. We will miss this place a lot, it was like home while we were in Florence!

Excellent Location!
This apartment was in a great location. Paula was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, and all the major sight seeing attractions. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground level was very very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Big enough for 2, but 4 can sleep somehow too. A sofa bed is too old. Otherwise quite clean, the location is good.

Near everything, so you can walk to many of the sites of Florence. The apartment is not fancy but it’s practice for 2 people, 3 if needed.

Florence small apartment.
The property was exactly as described. It is a two-room unit with a small bathroom. In the front room there is a couch, dining table, and a small kitchen. Everything was neat and clean. The check-in process was a little stressful. It required texting or What's Apping the owner, who at work out of town. Unfamiliar with the app and crossing our fingers that the owner was quick to reply, it was a few tense moments until the door was remotely opened. All in all, the apartment was very good value for the money and in a great location.

Ordentlich und von der Lage sehr gut. Parken ist sehr gut organisiert. Fußläufig für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. In der nahen Umgebung sogar preiswert.

Appartement quartier Santa Croce
Les propriétaires font tout pour satisfaire leurs clients . L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter tous les quartiers historiques de Florence, seul bémol il est très bruyant placé au croisement de rues très passantes juste au dessus d'un restaurant et près d'un pub.

Super Lage und tolles Apartment mit kleinen Anzügen.
Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super und die Größe für zwei Personen perfekt. Die Matratze ist schon relativ durchgelegen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Vielen Dank an Paola, die sowohl den CheckIn angenehm einfach gestaltet hat, als auch bei Fragen zu Verfügung stand.
