The stay in Golden Tower Hotel was very pleasant. All staff were very friendly, especially Denielle. The breakfast was also good. They made us freash vegetable juice. Also you can order omelte and fried eggs among others.

Staff are the best! They’re seriously amazing and they go above and beyond with their customers! The room was very small for the price and that’s why I didn’t give a 5 stars. But the staff are 10/10

Magnifico. Simply divine. Everything about Firenze was wonderful. Especially the warm welcoming and patience of the people. Very considerate of us being foreigners. I could see myself returning. Out of all my stays in Italy this was IT!!!

We loved staying in Golden Tower Hotel & Spa! The staff were extremely friendly and nice and kind, Francesco greeted us with kindness and told us the best restaurants to go to for Pasta, Gisel was extremely nice, kind and polite and he wrote a list of all the best shopping in town for leather goods and suggested the best roof tops in town, Victoria gave us the best massage with grape seed oil, and Daniele greeted us at the end with sincerity and kindness. We had a wonderful time in Florence. The hotel was close to everything and I highly suggest this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Florence . Thank you to all the staff members and also all the people who worked in the breakfast area. I loved the refreshing fresh vegetable juice in the morning. Thank you and hope to be back soon :)

Beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing. Provided us with last minute take away breakfast bags for an early day trip. Called our tour guide on a different day we were unable to get a taxi and had them pick us up from around the corner. Offered us some much needed Prosecco upon checking in from a long travel day! Breakfast was abundant, fresh, and delicious. Plan on going back to Florence and will definitely be booking again!

A traditional hotel in an excellent location. The staff were all helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good. My only criticism is the bar should stay open until at least 11pm - it closes at 10pm and most people walk in as it’s closing which is a shame. Otherwise very good.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff couldn’t be more helpful! Wonderful stay overall. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast. Poor selection for a 5 star hotel and sadly not the best quality. Very limited hot selection.

A great hotel but a bit too much of everything they treat you like a star, such attention not needed (from my part anyway). For exemple at your arrival you'll go sit on a coach with the staff which he/she will read a sheet (that he/she will give you after) about all the hotel amenities. Then will walk you to your room. (I had a very long day so I was like just give me the room key and I'll read the sheet later. I just wanna go sleep for now). Also at breakfast the guy asked me about 4 times if I wanted a coffee. That's annoying.

Unforgettable Experience
I visit this hotel for honeymoon, and it was so amazing experince. The Bathtub in the room looking outside through the terrace was fantastic, and every concierge was so friendly and kind. Moreover, I cannot forget the special treatment from the hotel. When I left the hotel, one of the concierge told me that she recommends to visit here once again to celebrate the anniversary, and I so agree if every circumstance is allowed. Highly recommend this hotel to every honeymoon couple:D
