The place was under construction couldn’t get in to talk to anyone about the reservation. There was a non working # posted to call. They set my reservation up for the week before I got there and I was charged was denied my refund for the previous week! Expedia tried contacting the manager and never could get in touch with anyone I sent several emails as well and didn’t get any response. I have informed everyone I know not to choose this place to top it all off there wasn’t a shower curtain in my room

Property was under remodel construction. Our room had been remodeled, however was not 100% complete. It met our needs while we were in town and the staffing was friendly and polite. The morning breakfast lacked luster, but again met our needs while we were there.

The hot breakfast like eggs, bacon or sausage is never replenished at all. I stayed there on and off for a month and it is the same way. The rooms are great. Parking is ok, and most staff are nice and helpful.

Beds were so hard! We had spiders in the room, kept seeing & killing spiders!!! Room was clean. Very limited parking. We were towing a trader behind her SUV. They ask us to park next-door in an out of business Pizza Hut lot in the extreme dark! Didn’t feel safe for the vehicle! Older motel. The house keeping staff was kind and nice. Management not so much!

The room was great.The only problem I had was the bathtub. There was like a sticky paper stuck to the bottom of the bathtub where it looks like the bathtub had cracked several places.And instead, replacing it, they put this sticky paper down.I did not feel safe.Taking a shower without shoes. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Make your own waffles, blueberry or regular yogurt, with all the fruit toppings.You can think of to add chocolate chips, granola. Biscuits in gravy sausage and fried eggs.

I will NEVER stay at that hotel again, and I will definitely NOT eat anything there! My room was infested with bugs, and the only thing the staff could tell me is that it was harvest season, and on that end of the hotel, the bugs would get into the rooms. I'm not talking about small bugs, these were very large bugs, and I killed 7 of them between 1:15am and 1:45am in the morning. I wanted to leave the hotel, but since it was so late, they offered to moved me to a different room on a different floor. I still was unable to sleep, because I kept replaying the bugs in my head that I had already seen and killed. When the staff came to my room to change me to another room, there was another bug crawling on the wall at that time. I am truly traumatized about staying in hotels after my experience at the Best Western in Flora, Illinois.

I don’t believe this place has been upgraded since they first opened. The bathroom door looked like something attacked the bottom of it, the sheet on the bed was ripped and I kept getting my foot caught in it, and there was a smell in the room and a damprid bag hanging. Cobwebs in bathroom and areas that really needed attention in the bathroom. No one at the front desk often.

Great hotel!!!

This is the best hotel in the surrounding area. I back tracked just to stay here another night because it was by far the best choice from Flora to Vincennes. The cost is reasonable and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was superb as well. The staff was awesome and I met and spoke to three different staff members so I'm not saying this just about one person. They really made me feel like a valued guest. Everything in my room worked properly and it was very clean. I could not hear other guests so my stay was restful and peaceful. Thank you BW Flora!
