Whatever you chose to do, you will find that everything in this spot has a luxurious glint to it, so it is important to seek out cheap flights in order to indulge in the entertainment portion of your trip.

Best time to go to Dubai

    Peak Season:

The months of November through to May make up the peak season in Dubai and it is easy to see why this is such a popular time with tourists. Summers in the area can be blazingly hot but when summer begins to taper off, the temperature becomes warm and beautiful. Because of this subtle yet important change in climate, tourists can lounge on the white sands after a hard day spent at the Dubai Shopping Festival.

    Shoulder Season:

The shoulder season in Dubai starts in late September and ends in October. Although the temperature can be very warm during these months, many visitors still like to travel to this location for some of the many cultural events and exciting outdoor activities.

    Off Season:

For those who love the heat, cheap tickets to Dubai are easy to find in the off season months - June through to early September - as tourists avoid the extremely warm weather. If you prefer to indulge in one of the many indoor luxuries this is a great time to go, as you can quickly spend everything you saved in airfare and have a great time doing it.

    Dubai Airport and transfer information

    Dubai International Airport (DXB)
    Distance: 4km to city centre
Taxis are the most popular method of transport from the Dubai airport as they are easy to find, relatively inexpensive and take only 10 minutes to arrive in the heart of Dubai. Alternatively, you can take the Dubai Metro bus which makes for a longer trip, but can be even less expensive than the taxi service.
