Best time to go to Bali
Peak Season:
Tourists abound between the months of June and September, but are especially prevalent during July and August. Shoulder Season:

Compared to other countries, taxi services and car rentals are reasonably cheap in Bali. By taxi or car, the trip to Denpasar is a fairly short half hour drive.
