Office was on one side of the street and the rooms were on the other. Only had elevators for luggage to floors 2 and 3. Our luggage stopped between floors 1 and 2. Manager after failing to get our luggage to our 3rd floor room finally got our luggage out on ground floor and changed our room to first floor. Everything looked out of date and well worn. Heat pump only worked in one out of two rooms. Shower would not stay warm. Hotel manager scheduled shuttle to airport didn't show up and had to take Uber at last moment.

Shuttle confusion.
Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had to take a taxi from the airport as they only offer a shuttle when you go to the airport. Also shuttle is not free. These things should be made clearer on the web site
