“great if you have kids”
Located 15 minutes walk from the City center. Excellent service, good food, nice atmosphere. If you like peace and quiet, make sure your room is not too close to the swimming pool, always full of happy noisy kids.
“great place”
a 12 minute walk from the centre of town, but great place, reasonably priced. mostly frequent by tourists and good for singles and couples with kids.
“Overall a positive experience”
Overall a positive experience. It is not a "luxury" accommodation but the room was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The furniture and decor are in need of refreshing. The only complaint would be that it was a little bit dark. The hotel swimming pool was clean but not "pristine". We have not used it because it was full of screaming children... (our bad luck). The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and inexpensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Bula Vinaka! Great place to stay at!”
Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Also, very accommodating to our changes and needs. Great service and comfortable living quarters. Nice to have everything on site - eating, swimming and room service. However, the dining service could be a lot quicker as meals took quite a while to get out. If you stayed on the third floor, it was quite a trek going up and down without a lift. Loved it if there was a on-site playground for little children to play at.
“Home Away from Home”
The hotel is located close to Suva Central business district but still has a feel of being away from the hustle and bustle. The pool area appears to be child friendly and clean. Maintenance of the rooms was exceptional and the bed comfortable and bedding clean. Air conditioning and the fan were both operational. The only complaint that I may have is that the design on the stainless steel rail which the plastic shower curtian hangs off does not go right around the tub so does not prevent water from constantly splashing onto the bathroom tiles. The tiles are light in colour and not of a grainy make, this I think presents a huge accident risk for hotel guests. However, I would recommend the hotel to any visitors wanting to stay in Suva.

If getting slow reception staff and no nets for mosquitos is what you desire this hotel can provide for you
“Not a recommended stay”
The hotel was very loud, lots of uncontrolled late night parties. There were no glass windows, just woode wide venetian blinds that did not block noise, and were easy to open from the outside. One could then easily slip their hand in and unlock the immediately adjacent door. So in a place were there were riotous parties throughout the night, we didn't feel particularly safe. The linen was dirty and exceptionally smelly on our arrival. The staff were polite and obliging.
“Tired Motel”
Good Motel, but could do with redecorating. Staff are freiendly and helpful. probably more suited to familes.
“Just a pass mark...”
Cheap and in handy location. Friendly staff try their hardest in what is a tired looking hotel. I opened my room for the first time and was greeted by a mouse scurrying across the floor. Thankfully as I've lived in London for years these critters don't phase me much these days... Room is well sized and comfortable enough. Restaurant food gets a pass mark - but is very cheap for those on a tight budget. For those traveling on business the nearby Holiday Inn remains the pick - although this can be a cheap backup option. For tourists... well... you probably won't be spending much time in Suva anyway!
