"Air conditioning not working during a heat wave. Room facing asphalt parking. Plus the grill for the air conditioning fell onto my partner’s head. ‘They will be here tomorriw to fix it. No sign of them the next day so we had to move despite their no refund policy."

"The room was cramped and moist. We had gnats flying around upon our arrival. The bathrooms are similar to public restrooms in a big city, and there were also gnats flying around in them. Check in was easy and the room was cheap."
