"Our room was not very clean. We had left our towels hanging, so did not expect them changed. The bathmat, however, was sopping wet and not changed. Our room was never swept (it is a beach property so hard to avoid sand) and the bathtub and bathroom counters were not washed during our 4 night stay, ..."
