"The staff was very welcoming and check in was easy and very informative. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our short overnight stay. The inclusive breakfast was nicely done with many options available. Although we did not need the hotel to be close to Bradley airport, it was very close by. Would return to this property if ever needed."

"Housecleaning came around too early on day 2 of our stay (prior to 9 am). Day 3 we took down the 'not ready' sign by 8:45 am and again they did not service the room. At least I was able to get fresh towels and wash cloths at front desk in the evening. I understand there are a lot of rooms to clean, but we were out of the room pretty early for vacationers. It's the only aspect of the 4 day stay that was disappointing."

"Outside was very run down. Walking in the lobby looked nice. They did not have the room set up that I reserved so that was a bad start. When we did get into a “comparable” room it had some issues with the baseboard moldings peeling away and upon inspection the mattresses were not pleasant looking at all. We were on the ground floor and within 10 minutes a couple of items hit our window and someone actually ended up knocking on our window which was a shock. It turned out to be a hotel guest who went out a wrong door and couldn’t get back in. We only stayed for less than an hour and decided to ask for a refund which we were granted. Avoid this hotel."
