The room l was in was disgusting, the shower drainage smell covered the whole room , disgusting and unpleasant smell circulating around the room. The kettle had dust and the stand dirty with mask on it, l hardly believe the room was being used really due to the dust in it. The shower was dripping to the flow as a result the toilet floor was wet and the toilet seat. Had to cover the shower drainage with a towel to stop the smell. I only slept a night on Wednesday and then l left as the lady in the reception said there was no room for me to move to. It appears they are aware of the room problems as the receptionist declined to go and see what the problem was . Disgusting thing to treat another human being like that surely. What can we say about these conditions being practiced behind doors of belittling other nations? It doesn't mean that because am a foreigner l should be treated like this in this country disgusting actions from people who think little of others.

This establishment was probably the worst stay I Have ever had. I booked and paid for a room with en suite facilities abd tea and coffee making facilities. My room had neither. I was told point blanc £10 extra for that. I could not take my small diabetic dog in. £10 extra for that The hotel was surrounded by indusyrial sized smelly skips. They were free no extra charge for looking at and smelling those. Expedia.com. No Thanks ever again

It was the cheapest I could find . Very small room without room to swing a cat. TV had no remote control. En suite was minute with toilet in the shower, hand basin leaked onto shower floor, shower door was broken as were some floor tiles and there was paint missing on the water damaged window sills. Overnight people could be heard at all hours outside the room in the corridor and the carpark . Sheets and other linen crisply laundered. Nearest dining was about 600m away at the Brewer's Fayre pub adjacent to the Premier Inn.

Utter disappointment. The place is run down, the room was dirty, the shared facilities such as shower and WC-s were extra small and uncomfortable, the shared kitchen is large but also run down. Stay away, not worth the price.

This place is perfect if you want an affordable place to sleep. The staff were all very friendly and the price was right. If you set you mind to this place being a hostel not a hotel then you shouldn't be disappointed.

Quite frankly the worst hotel I have ever been to. It smelt like a care home in my room, the hotel itself stank of smoke (I actually saw two separate people smoking out of their room windows) The toilet was covered in urine and faeces - the lady on reception was lovely but I honestly wouldn’t let my dog stay here. In fact, I wouldn’t store my dead dogs ashes here, that would be an insult. I lasted 25 minutes in this room and checked out.

The cost was a major factor in my choice. However, the facilities more than matched the 'on-a-budget' experience. The room was so small that when I turned the light off, I was in bed before it was dark.The window blind had a most inventive catch, consisting of a hole poked in the fabric. A bit 'low rent, but, effective. However, no complaints about the restaurant, breakfast, pool, gym or spa treatments... as they have avoided criticism by having none of these. Over the piece, it did its job & the staff were super friendly

HI Ryan,This is a false review.All bed linen is changed every time a guest departs with fresh clean linen from a major linen supplierAs such, there was no way your comment is correct.Furthermore, if you suspected the room had not been cleaned after departure from the previous guest, you should have informed reception. This was not the case.

Cheap but Wouldn’t go back.
Stayed the night before flying on holiday and the night of our return. Paid £36 for each night so didn’t expect much, but there were a few points I wasn’t happy about. First night I could smell weed in the corridors. Sheets and towels were nice and clean though. Shared toilet and shower room which I knew about but the Toilet smelled strongly of urine, you wouldn’t go unless you were desperate. Shower room floor was so dirty that I had to lay a towel down to stand on, luckily we’d brought a couple towels of our own to use. The room we got on the 2nd night smelled like urine. Again the sheets and towels were nice and clean, I guess the smell was in the carpet. I asked for the room to be changed which it was very quickly. We got another room on the 2nd floor which didn’t smell but the carpet was extremely dusty, definitely hadnt seen a vacuum in a good while. This doesn’t trigger any conditions for us so we just settled for it for the night as we were tired. Shower room and toilet on the 2nd floor was better. Staff at reception were nice enough, some of them far better than others so the service was inconsistent. Overall I wouldn’t go back, you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t be happy with this again even if it was just £36 per night.

Rediculous stay
This is the most ridiculous stay i have ever experienced. There was only 2 bathroom for the whole 10 bedrooms. It was not clearly mentioned in the advertisement as it is not bathroom attached. As we were traveling with family it was un acceptable. We booked for 2 night stay there. We asked for a refund the hotel said it is the booking agent to decide. And when contacted the agent they said the hotel people are the one. We clearly understood both of these people are not going to give a refund. We had to stay one night there as we don't have any option left because we reached there around 10pm. Very very disappointed as we did not get the money and a nice stay. Never ever recommended. Please don't book this hotel and the site as it is misleading the advertisement
